Conceived and designed entirely by the MAM team, this model is inspired by the racing cars of the 1950s. With a 530-horsepower engine, this machine is an example of strength and power, as well as beauty.
Although the 1920s and 1930s saw the beginnings of customised cars, it was in the 1940s that the hot rod phenomenon took the streets by storm. Since not everyone could afford the new, fast vehicles on the market, many opted to modify old cars to transform them into racing models (a competition that, incidentally, took place on the streets).
Hot Rods were not only notable for their powerful engines, like the one in this model, but were vintage cars full of colour and detail, often without bumpers and roofs, and with oversized rear tyres to improve acceleration.
