Sonia Delaunay
This model is a tribute to the famous painter Sonia Delaunay, the first woman to paint her art on cars in the 1920s. She was a great French artist and, with her collection exhibited in the Louvre, she started the trend of painting car bodies that continues to this day.
Unic was founded by Georges Richard in 1905. His aim was to offer unique vehicles, and so the company flagged many patents and only produced light cars and taxis with two- and four-cylinder engines. Indeed, the taxi business was essential to the brand, which remained in that market for more than three decades.
The rear of this vehicle allows for a larger number of passengers due to its spaciousness and the folding seats hidden inside.
